How To Clear All Cookies And Site Data

1. Click on the Menu icon in the top right, and go to Settings
2. Go to Additional settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data

• • • A quicker way to get to this page would be to enter brave://settings/clearBrowserData into your address bar
    • See Advanced for a breakdown of the data you can clear

3. Deselect Browsing history and Cached files (if you only want to clear cookies)
4. Click Clear data

How To Clear Individual Cookies And Site Data

1. Click on the Menu icon in the top right, and go to Settings
2. While in Settings, go to Additional settings → Privacy and Security → Site and shields settings → Cookies and site data → See all cookies and site data

• • • A quicker way to get to this page would be to enter brave://settings/siteData into your address bar
    • Here you will see all sites with cookies and data on your device
    • You can also remove all cookies and data by clicking Remove All

3. At the top right, search for the site you want to remove cookies and data for

4. Click Remove all shown or use the trash can icons to delete the cookies and site data.

How To Clear Cookies And Site Data For The Current Website

To clear the cookies for the current site you're visiting:

1. Click on the lock icon to the left of the address bar
2. Select Cookies and site data then Manage on-device site data

• • • here you can also see blocked cookies and allow them

3. Select the listed cookies and click the "trash" icon
4. Click Done and refresh the site

To clear data for the current site you're visiting:

1. Click on the lock icon to the left of the address bar
2. Select Site Settings

3. Click Delete Data

How To Clear Site Data On Exit

1. Click on the Menu icon in the top right, and go to Settings
2. While in Settings, go to Additional settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data
3. When theClear browsing data window opens, navigate to the On exit tab on the right side
   • • • Shortcut - enter brave://settings/clearBrowserData into your address bar

4. Tick all items that you want to be cleared when you exit Brave
   
   • • • Note: For macOS users, using the x to close the browser will not erase your browsing data -- you will need to completely Quit (right-click on the icon in the dock, then Quit) the browser for data deletion to go through. 
5. Click Save

How to Clear Individual Site Data On Exit

1. Click on the Menu icon in the top right, and go to Settings
2. While in Settings, go to Additional settings → Privacy and Security → Site and shields settings → Cookies and site data
   • • • Shortcut - enter brave://settings/content/cookies into your address bar

1. Under the Clear on exit section, click Add
2. A new window will pop up, add the site you want to clear on exit for, and then click Add again
