Brave Creators allows you to receive contributions from your fans and supporters. Register your website or social media accounts to begin receiving payouts and direct, onchain contributions.
Users can contribute to Brave Creators through:
1. On-Demand Contributions: A one-time contribution in the form of BAT, USDC, ETH or Solana.
2. Recurring Contributions: A monthly contribution in the form of BAT. It will recur every 30 days.

No, you do not need a custodial account to receive tips and contributions.
To become a "verified creator" and display the blue checkmark to Brave users, you can:
1. Connect a Self-Custody Crypto Address: Link a Solana or Ethereum crypto address to your individual sites or channels.
2. Connect a Custodial Account: Connect an Uphold, Gemini, or bitFlyer account to your Brave Creators account. (See here for a list of supported regions.)
This can occur if your site or channel does not have a connected account/address. You can connect a custodial account, a crypto address, or both.
