For people who do not want to see ads, we offer a Premium subscription. Unlike other search providers, our ads adhere to the principle of privacy-first.

Not necessarily. Ads received when interacting with Brave Search will almost always be query based, however, Brave Search might also show ads based on location (based on very coarse geos like states/countries) or generic ads.

Yes. If you click on the three dots icon next to the ad in question you will see a report link.

Yes. We take no measures against people choosing to use an ad-blocker. We encourage them to become Premium users to support us, but it’s voluntary.
